At your first appointment, Our Audiologist assesses your hearing and explains the results to you. If you require a hearing device, we help you choose the most suitable and take an impression of your ear to ensure a good fit.

At your second appointment, your hearing device is fitted and individually programmed to match your hearing loss. You receive care and maintenance information to help you manage your device.

To monitor your progress, fine tune your device if necessary and provide further advice and training we can arrange a third appointment.
